About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for Newly Qualified Social Workers to embark on their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme. We offer a supportive environment where you can develop your skills, work towards registration with Social Work England, and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is £32,076, rising to £34,834 after successful completion of the ASYE programme. You will also receive a joining payment of £1,500 and a retention payment of £4,000 upon successful completion of the programme. In addition, you will have access to up to 29 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata for part-time hours, as well as 3 protected CPD days per annum.
We are committed to supporting your health and wellbeing, with flexible working options and a range of employee benefits, including free on-site car parking, a relocation package of up to £8,000, and a welcome loan of £2,000 for new Social Workers moving to Suffolk.
Job RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential qualities for this position.
