Bank Service Coordinator

We are recruiting a Bank Service Coordinator in Ipswich to provide essential support to customers who have experienced homelessness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, developing support plans, and collaborating with external agencies to improve customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing. You will also be responsible for managing crisis situations and maintaining accurate records.
