We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hales Group in Lowestoft. This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate customer data through the CRM System.
  • Process and document end user locations for equipment or services.
  • Follow up on service calls and installations to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Manage unit detail paperwork and link it to the computer system for efficient record-keeping.
Required Skills:
  1. Effective time management and task prioritization.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
  3. Experience with computer order entry and CRM Systems (Microsoft Navision / Salesforce preferred).
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

We offer a competitive salary package of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, a standard working schedule from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and a supportive work environment. If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply today with your current CV.
