About Us
The Crown Prosecution Service is a leading organization in the delivery of justice through the effective prosecution of crime. Our team is responsible for providing a professional, efficient, and high-quality service. We're seeking a barrister or solicitor with at least 10 years' post-qualified experience in criminal law or civil litigation to join our team as a Director General Legal Delivery. This role will support the Director of Public Prosecutions in managing our legal services, with a focus on improving casework management and engaging with stakeholders in a complex multi-agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and decision-making in the most complex and sensitive legal casework
- Improve casework management and engage with stakeholders in a complex multi-agency environment
- Support the Director of Public Prosecutions in managing our legal services
