Assistant Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Ipswich, responsible for leading and managing our service to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our service users, focusing on providing tailored, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Developing and implementing plans to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Staff Management: Leading and managing a team of staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Financial Planning: Managing budgets and costs to achieve financial goals.
  • Partnership Development: Building strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, staff costs, and non-staff expenditure to achieve optimal financial performance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Building strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • IT Literacy: Demonstrating proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
