About the Job:

This Administrative Assistant - Technical Services role involves supporting the Technical department in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be technically minded, and possess a high degree of accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage live project documents and notifications.
  • Produce technical specifications, inspection reports, and guarantees.
  • Support team members when required.
  • Be flexible to work additional hours when required.
  • Maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Prioritise workload to meet business demands.
