A reputable car dealership in Bury St Edmunds seeks a highly organized Vehicle Service Coordinator to manage workshop activities, prioritize tasks, and optimize team performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain accurate schedules, allocating tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality across all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Vehicle Workshop Controller, Automotive Workshop Controller, or similar role within a main dealership environment.
  • Valid Driver's License: A full UK driving license is essential for this position.

Benefits and Salary Information

  1. Annual Salary: £40,000, including basic pay and potential OTE.
  2. Holidays: 25 days' paid annual leave, increasing to 28 days with length of service.
  3. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with regular weekend shifts.
