Job Overview:

Motus Truck & Van is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of technicians, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist a team of technicians to achieve targets and improve workshop performance
  • Monitor and report on workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Liaise with service reception and administration to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Liaise with customers to address their needs and concerns
  • Develop and implement improved workshop control processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including 30 days' holiday, auto-enrolment pension scheme, and more.
