We are seeking an experienced Inhouse Motor Engineering Manager to join our team at CV Library in Ipswich. As a key member of our motor engineering services department, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of Engineers to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of vehicle damage engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to assess and estimate vehicle repairs effectively.
  • Recruiting and training new employees will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring the team remains up-to-date with the latest engineering principles and practices.
  • As part of this position, you will also be required to conduct performance reviews with staff, identifying areas for improvement and development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of managing a vehicle damage/motor engineering team.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle damage assessing/engineering principles.
  • Experience of using industry-related software, including Audatex.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of Engineers to deliver exceptional results.
