As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ophthalmology clinics.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as an Ophthalmology Clinic Coordinator.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly clinic schedules, ensuring that all clinics run efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for managing the setup and utilization of clinic diaries, booking patient appointments, and completing administrative tasks such as generating patient letters and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be acting as the central point of contact for patients and clinic staff, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.

A commitment to customer service and a strong focus on delivering high-quality care are essential qualities for this position.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
