Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- working on our data systems, creating files, aligning information and paying attention to detail to ensure our Fitting Teams have all the informaton they need to carry out their Installations
- Managing diaries and communicating information on live jobs on MS Teams
- arranging for skips, portaloos and other sundires and materials required for the Installations Teams.
- creating Health and Safefty paperwork and assessments (full training will be given)
- coordination of training requirements
- coordination of the care of the Laings Fleet of vehicles
- working with the Operations Director on the coordination of the care of Laings Facilities

Essential skills:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Quick learner eager with an improvement and problem solving mindset

Knowledge of the Home Improvement industry, Health and Safetyt and / or customer service experience an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
