The Sales Project Coordinator will help develop, roll out and support processes and systems which enable the global sales team to succeed. The role will require communication from salesperson to executive level and will require some international travel from time to time.

**Your day to day will involve**:

- Act as a global product champion for sales tools and processes such as OMEGA and D365
- Create and manage documented global sales processes and sales order management processes as part of the QMS (Quality Management System) collaboratively with sales leaders.
- Create and deliver training material to support the systems and processes.
- Collaborate with ES to create reports, dashboards, and KPI’s to improve (and evaluate) the efficiency and effectiveness of the global sales organization.
- Work with ES CX and business to develop/improve our CRM system, including CPQ and other integrated tools.
- Work with ES and business to develop and improve sales functionality within OMEGA ERP
- Research and potentially implement other sales tools such as e-commerce.
- Build relationships with global sales team and respective leaders.
- Work with ES and global sales on implementation (and reimplementation) of new ERP (OMEGA), specifically sales order management.
- Suggest process improvements where they will lead to better business performance
- Provide support to the CSO and sales leaders as may be required.

**Your skills and knowledge will include**:

- Qualification in admin, sales or a technical discipline (desirable)
- Experience in a sales related function (inside sales)
- Administrator of database experience (desirable)
- Microsoft Office package user, advanced user of spreadsheets
- Working knowledge CRM tool, (Dynamics 365 would be beneficial)
