Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our participation in global energy events, managing our social media activities, and executing our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Organize and manage our involvement in international oil and gas events, including trade shows, conferences, and expos.
  • Logistics and Operations: Handle logistics such as booth setup, promotional materials, travel arrangements, and staffing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales and technical teams to ensure a unified representation and clear communication of our offerings.
  • Content Creation: Schedule, promote, and execute third-party webinars and podcasts.
  • Public Relations: Seek opportunities for presentations and speaking engagements at events and conferences.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and report on the performance and engagement metrics of each event.
  • Social Media Management: Execute our social media strategy to boost our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Content Development: Develop, schedule, and post content on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and enquiries, and interact with followers.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to enhance results.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with daily activities and special projects.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
