**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting site visitors.
- Monitoring and completing worklogs.
- Record and maintain Facilities records and spread sheets.
- Log accident and incident reports.
- Raise and monitor work permits.
- Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date.
- Employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Reviewing, recording and approving invoices in SAP.
- Checking and actioning Workrite Display Screen Equipment (DSE) system. Provide cover and assist the wider Facilities team as required.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Previous facilities or customer service background desirable but not essential.
- Positive, helpful disposition.
- Team player.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.

This role will be based in our serviced office in Basingstoke 5 days per week.
