Fantastic opportunity to work with an Aerospace Avionics Repair & Overhaul company in Basingstoke in a Purchasing Role

Located southwest of London, the Basingstoke site is a major repair facility for Aerospace avionics products. The site, which serves both military and commercial customers, performs about 7,500 repairs each year.

**The Role**:
You will oversee all indirect procurement for Honeywell at the Basingstoke facility. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the customer and all their procurement requirements, ranging from daily stationary orders to larger electronic items. We are seeking someone who prides themselves in their organisational skills and their attention to detail. This is a really varied role that requires a strong team player with a flexible attitude.
- Ordering various sundries ranging from stationary to chemicals.
- Purchase order processing.
- Manage procurement database and review sundries expiry database.
- Reviewing Invoices and raising requisitions.
- Invoice query resolution.
- Generate weekly purchasing report.
- Source new suppliers for sundries.
- Following standard operating procedures to provide a high-quality service.
- Comply with all company policies, including health and safety.
- Flexibility to support the wider team and business needs.

**The Person**:

- Previous 1 year administration experience
- Good PC Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communicative and written English Skills.
- Customer service excellence.
- Flexible approach
- Experience/Knowledge of SAP - Useful but not essential.
- No qualifications needed for the role.
- All training will be provided.
