We are seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.

Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases from suppliers, ensuring prices, quantities, and delivery dates are correct.
  • Evaluate and maintain supplier data for efficient buyer management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with internal departments.
  • Liaise with suppliers on order confirmations, progress tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare weekly reports on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Manage inventory levels of stationery and kitchen items.
  • Evaluate and maintain supplier accounts on the system.
  • Contribute to departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a purchasing department.
  • Negotiation and management skills with suppliers.
  • Able to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Energetic and eager to learn.
