**Responsibilities**:
- Record and maintain facilities records.
- Maintain accident records and ensure reportable incidents are reported.
- Raising work permits and collating risk assessment method statements.
- Check health and safety boards are up to date.
- Mobile Phone administration for employees, ensuring that contracts are raised and ended in a timely manner.
- Provide cover and assist the wider team as and when required.
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- Previous facilities or a customer service background desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to help and a team player who enjoys being part of a busy team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
This role will be based in our serviced office in Basingstoke 5 days per week.
