Office Administrator

Firstcall Trade Services requires a new office administrator to join our ever
- growing team:
Key responsibilities:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Using remote visual assistance to connect with onsite operatives to manage jobs
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents
- Booking surveys/ customer appointments
- Completing admin duties such as invoicing/ planning
- Ordering materials for jobs
- Attending to deliveries to the office
- Tagging stock and labelling in line with orders
- Quickly actioning and scheduling reactive jobs
- Essential requirements:
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within the building trade industry
- Experience of material ordering.
- Experience within similar trade environment
Personality profile:
- Extremely organised
- Able to prioritise a changing to-do list
- Excellent attention to detail
- Uses initiative
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
**Benefits**:
