**Why this role?**
You will work within our brand-new central Edinburgh office as an Office Administrator, playing a key role in our recently established Operations function. This role provides the chance to learn, grow and develop several onward career paths within 2i and beyond in the fields of Operations.

This is a office-based role in our recently opened new modern Edinburgh city office.

You will work within our brand-new central Edinburgh office as an Front of House Administrator, playing a key role in our recently established Operations function.
Our primary requirement is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and transformative environment, engaging in various areas including facilities management, compliance, IT, general administration, and finance administration. Responsibilities for each area are detailed below.

**Areas/Responsibilities**:
**Day to day Office Management**
- Liaise and manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, including Landlord, cleaner, fruit delivery, plant providers, etc.
- Room booking system owner and coordinator
- Financial outlays related to office analysis and reporting to Finance Manager
**IT Administration**
- Responsible for ordering and coordinating all IT equipment and ensuring the asset register is updated and maintained.
**Events Administration**
- Events and conferences administration, including ordering catering, room booking, etc.
