**We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team in Edinburgh.**

As Office Administrator, you will be a key member of the Enoda support team and will assist in the smooth and efficient day to day running of the office, which will include facility management and health & safety support.

**As an Office Administrator at Enoda, you'll spend your time**
- Fulfilling reception duties including taking responsibility for visitors, mail and deliveries
- Maintaining appropriate supplies of office stationery, tea and coffee and other adhoc requirements
- Maintaining office common areas
- Facility Management support
- Health and Safety support
- Event support
- Organising as necessary allocation of meeting rooms, assist with preparation of meeting rooms, including clearing and preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting with employee travel arrangements and taxi booking for visitors
- Administrative support to all departments when required

**The key experience we're looking for**
- Excellent interpersonal skill demonstrating a positive manner and ability to be adaptable
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Dependable and punctual
- Organisational skills, including good prioritisation
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly to change

**Additional skills relevant to the role**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Office Health and Safety awareness

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
