**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities and operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain office files and records, both electronic and physical
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Ensure office compliance with health and safety regulations
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees as needed
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
