Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the electrical company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Booking in electrical jobs for various letting agents
- Organising workers schedules
- Ordering materials
- Invoicing jobs
- Sending quotes
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and systems
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
