Temporary Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Experienced Administrator to work for our client based in Edinburgh's City Centre. This is a full time position Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (1 hour lunch) based within the clients office. The role is paying£10.50 per hour. This is due to start ASAP for around 1 month.
**Duties and Tasks**:
- Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Organising CV's received from Indeed
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain a tidy filing system
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- General ad hoc duties
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience with and confident using Microsoft Office Platforms
- Proven experience as an Administrator
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
