We are recruiting for immediately available temporary staff including Receptionists and Administrators for professional organisations i.e. finance, legal and property within Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Data Entry and general office administration
- Office filing and photocopying
- Using switchboard experience to answer and transfer incoming calls
- Use of computerised booking service to manage meeting room availability
- Co-ordinate catering requirements
- Dealing with stationery and health and safety
- Organise taxis, couriers and distribution of faxes
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Personable and professional manner essential along with confident communication skills
- Must have previous office experience
