**Front of House Receptionist**

**Overview**:
Our client is a highly respected financial management company who is looking for a razor-sharp front of house receptionist for a two-week temporary role in their Edinburgh office.

**Hours and pay range**:

- £12.50 per hour, two-week role
- Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30
- Edinburgh City centre

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Responsible for front of house**: answering incoming calls, visitors, booking meeting rooms, catering, travel, post, setting up audio visual equipment
- **Assisting the Office Manager with facilities management**: ordering stock, stationery, kitchen requirements, barista, and assist in organising events

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Receptionist experience, ideally in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and take initiative for a temporary role
- Approachable, friendly personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: In person
