Grant McGregor is looking for an **Office and Purchasing Administrator **to join our busy operations team providing high quality work and excellent customer experience.

The Office and Purchasing Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and managing procurement activities. This role requires a versatile individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. The Office and Purchasing Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring that all necessary supplies, licencing, and software renewals are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner to support the sales and project teams

**Hours of work**: The hours of work are 37.5 per week 8:30 - 17:00 with 1h lunch break

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office operations and supply management.
- Coordinate general internal and external communications.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for goods to resale (e.g. hardware), services and office supplies.
- Manage software licensing and renewals.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Maintain accurate office records and databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in office administration and procurement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
