Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our small but busy team. We are a family owned plumbing and heating company that has grown steadily gaining more customers year in year out. We pride ourselves on our professional standards of work and service therefore great customer service skills are key
You must be:
Organised and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
A quick learner with a ‘can do’ attitude
A multi-tasker
Able to work with Outlook, Word and Excel
Familiarity with social media is a bonus
Experienced in a similar role
Duties will include:
Taking telephone bookings from customers using the in-house diary system (training given)
This is a non-customer facing role and can entail some lone working at times
4 days a week Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
