**About You**
**Responsibilities**
Forming a part of our Kent team, you will be responsible for day-to-day office duties and administrative tasks. Dealing with customers and communicating with other areas of the business.
As first point of contact you will be in a customer-facing role, ensuring a positive initial impression through phone interactions and in-person greetings. Your responsibilities will include answering and transferring calls, taking messages, addressing queries, and welcoming office visitors.
You will provide support to the Office Manager by liaising with customers and internal departments. Assisting with sales order processing and invoicing.
**Skills and experience**
A-Level qualification.
Some experience working in an office environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office software packages.
Experience using accounting software like Sage or Xero.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Highly attentive to detail and organised.
**The Role**:
Provide excellent customer support through clear communication.
Support the Office Manager in general duties and administrative tasks.
Assist the Accounts Department through data input.
Look after the general office areas to make sure they are always presentable.
Manage stationary control including toners, paper, etc.

Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
**Salary**: £24,000 per year
Own transport is needed due to the rural location.
