**The Role**

You will provide professional administration support to deliver efficiency and governance across programme operational requirements professional courses. Working across dedicated Customer Relationship Management and Virtual Learning Environment systems, the role supports the learning journey of participants with proficient communications, system, and financial administration throughout. In addition, the role supports the administration of course related alumni events. These include Help to Grow: Management (HTG:M), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) accredited courses, also diary, and similar administrative support to the Director of Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise and Director of Executive Education. This will include undertaking a range of tasks such as: attending relevant ongoing system and process training workshops with updating of processes, working on projects and activities, diary management and event organisation, travel arrangements, minute taking, financial administration, and organising group meetings. You will be able to quickly build strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external organisations and groups and be able to liaise confidently with your stakeholders.

As a member of our busy and engaged team, you will deliver a thoughtful, pro-active, and efficient service, which meets the requirements of the school’s varied and interesting activities.

**About You**

We welcome applicants with experience within a Programme Administration & Executive Assistant style role, and keen to work as part of a growing team. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven IT skills (ideally including MS SharePoint and Teams), the knowledge of working across education programme systems and virtual learning environments (HTG:M, CMI & GRI an advantage). An ability to deliver timely financial processes is essential. Applicants must demonstrate initiative and an ability to effectively prioritise and manage their own diverse workload whilst contributing to a team, and a strong attention to detail, are key to success.
