Receptionist/hr Administrator

As a Receptionist/ HR Administrator you will be a key ambassador for the company. You will be liaising and communicating with Board Directors, visiting high profile VIP's, suppliers and customers as well as all levels of staff throughout the business. You will be expected to provide a high-level meet and greet/reception service whilst dealing with all incoming calls and maintain the full running of the reception. You will be part of the HR team and carry out HR Admin duties and managing the training documents of employees.
Specific Responsibilities
- To answer all incoming calls and transfer to the relevant department, filtering out unwanted calls
- Meet and greet all visitors, signing them in and providing visitor badges
- Arranging same day couriers
- Ensure outgoing post is franked and taken to the building reception for collection on time daily.
- Work with courier services, taxi companies, local hotels etc to provide a support to staff/visitors
- Arrange couriers and completing the necessary paperwork
- Be aware of the security of the building and staff in it, managing staff access passes and ensuring that visitor access passes are appropriately issued and received back and that visitors are welcomed/checked in an appropriate manner.
- Logging courier parcels on to the system
- Diary management
- Ordering lunches/refreshments when necessary
- Full preparation of meeting rooms/visitors rooms with tea/coffee, crockery, lunch when necessary
- Booking accommodation and travel arrangements
- Arranging Conference calls
- Maintaining general housekeeping of the reception area to ensure the reception area is immaculate at all times
- General admin duties for the site Directors/Managers
- Replenishing meeting rooms
- Issuing incoming post to relevant depts
- Managing and accurate recording of HR admin, Training and ADHOC Duties
Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
