Really Awesome Coffee is a leading player in the mobile café franchise market, supporting the largest mobile café franchise network in the UK from our new office and factory/warehouse in Coalville.

We keep lots of activities in-house, converting coffee vans (and soon, camper vans), wholesaling goods to our franchise network, and providing training and support services.

Following strong growth throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now expanding into other associated markets, and it’s getting busy (and exciting).

I’m Kevin, the founder and MD. My previous PA (who was excellent) changed roles last year as our team expanded, and is now our (excellent) Office Manager. I’ve done an OK job of managing by myselfbut it’s definitely time for me to find a new PA to ensure I stay on track and work efficiently

We have a small Head Office team of around 15 people, and we all work really well together. It’s a really nice place to work, as long as you enjoy being busy.

The role will be very varied, including aspects of Health & Safety management and HR administration along with everything else you might expect.

To be the successful applicant, you will be:

- **An enthusiastic generalist with proven experience in organisation and administration, willing to take on a broad range of administrative and executive tasks.**:

- **Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills **- you’ll be fielding calls and sending lots of correspondence on my behalf.
- **Someone who pays attention to detail with strong copywriting and proof-reading skills** - a lot of marketing material comes across my desk for final checks and approval, as do legal documents.
- **Competent in taking minutes and preparing reports** - I’m heavily involved with all departments and as such I have lots of internal team meetings.
- **Able to convince me of your ability to thrive in a busy environment of rapid change.**

It is extremely important for me to find the right person for this role. We’ll be working closely, and it will generally be very busy. I need someone who will thrive in this environment and appreciate the excitement and energy that comes with working for an expanding, ambitious company. The wide salary band reflects this - I’m very happy to hire someone who ticks all the boxes, however a great attitude backed with a strong general aptitude also goes a long way. I’m not looking for someone to shuffle a few papers and manage an inbox for a few months, I’m hoping to hire someone who will love the job and stay with me and the company for many years.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
