Affinity Trust has a fantastic team of Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking a new team member who shares our values and commitment to delivering exceptional support services.
Job OverviewThe Personal Development Assistant will work closely with 8 individuals in Coalville, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations. This will involve adapting your support to fit what each person needs and wants daily, encouraging them to make their own choices, and helping them to develop life skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individuals to develop confidence and self-esteem.
- Encouraging people to participate in activities and hobbies that bring them joy.
- Helping people to access education and employment opportunities.
- Assisting people with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
