Sales Administrator/receptionist

Desirable Car is a well-established independent car dealership based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
As a sales administrator/receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting the office manager and sales team.
Proficient IT skills are essential along with an excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
Minimum 20 hours part time over a 5 day week including some Saturdays.
Previous experience in a car dealership is advantageous.
**Salary**: Dependent on previous experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Supporting the sales and buying team in processing sales and purchases
Produce, process and document all vehicle order forms, invoices and payments
Process vehicle sales files and vehicle registration documents
Stocking in purchased vehicles and entering costs accurately
Answering the phone in a timely manner and accurately logging enquiries
Other ad hoc office duties as required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
