**ADMINISTRATOR ROLE SUMMARY**:
As directed by the Directors and Office Manager, the role will include:
**MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION**
- Be the recognized point of contact for client members where appropriate
- Work with our client team and finance manager to ensure the timely issuing of membership reminders, event registrations, etc
- Process payments
- Update and maintain database records
**CUSTOMER SUPPORT**
- Processing of in-bound enquiries.
- Provide after sales help and support
**CONFERENCE & EVENT MANAGEMENT**:
- Process delegate registrations and send out confirmations.
- Supply reports.
- Liaise with course and meeting organisers, speakers, moderators and other presenters.
- Keep records for each event
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
