T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our reputable Client in Coalville for an **Administrator **to join their team on a **Permanent **basis.

**Administrator Job Details & Benefits;**
- £24,000 per annum
- 39.5 hours per week with a 3pm finish on a Friday

**Administrator Job Duties;**
- Overseeing the incoming inbox
- Logging claims accurately and collating required information
- Assessing claims and distributing for appropriate action
- Accurately inputting and processing of orders
- Liaising with factories, Customers and other internal departments
- Maintaining the diary for engineer visits and scheduling appropriately
- Handing inbound calls and managing difficult conversations
- Ensuring prompt and accurate filing and archiving of Customer orders
- Logging order statistics and completing maintenance of electronic filing systems
- Providing office based support for Customer queries
- Have a good knowledge of the products
- Maintain a professional manner at all times
- To ensure and maintain the departments targets and KPI’s are achieved
- Coordinating feedback and escalating any problems to the Commercial Manager

**Administrator Person Specification;**
- Proven Customer Service background, ideally with phone based experience
- Computer literacy - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills to be able to work with prices and technical product information
- Strong Administrative skills
- Organised and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A confident individual with a calm disposition who is able to handle difficult Customers professionally
- A team player who can work well with others

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
