We are looking for someone with the following **experience/qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service attitude

The hours of work are - **8:15am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday with a 60-minute lunch**

You will report to **The Managing Director**

As a **Receptionist/administrator **your primary responsibilities would be:

- Managing the internal switchboard, taking detailed messages or forwarding across calls to the correct person/department - acting as a gatekeeper where required.
- Being the first person to meet and greet visitors and clients on arrival at the offices - organising H&S inductions, visitor passes, parking allocations.
- Providing a first-class customer service, ensuring you maintain friendly, professional and deal with all scenarios in a courteous manner.
- Supporting internal departments with administrative documentation, ensuring all paperwork is logged against the correct file.
- Typing of confidential correspondence, customer forms and product records.
- Handle inbound and outbound post and deliveries.
- Escalating any concerns/complaints to the relevant department manager.
- Maintaining an accurately updated system with customer contact information and payment accounts.
