**What you'll be doing?**:
Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function - Barratt Partnerships.

While the work varies from team to team, our key requirements don’t: you must be well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You’ll understand that what you do is important, and impacts on your team, the department, and the wider business.

**What Will I Be Responsible For?**
- Resolve or escalate system support issues in line with policy and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring that the group support KPIs are met
- Ensure all business as usual tasks and processes are delivered in accordance with our policy and procedures.
- Assist in testing of new functionality across financial systems.
- Assist with the communication of updates and improvements to all financial users.
- Provide end user feedback to help shape development and the training strategies for all financial system users.
- Ensure user guides and documentation is maintained.

**What you'll need?**:
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

- Ability to work dynamically in both team and independent environments is necessary
- Advanced Excel skills required
- An understanding of finance terms and concepts would be beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pragmatic problem solver
- Have a high degree of integrity
- TM1 / COINS system experience an advantage but not essential as training is provided
