Office Administrator

Located in Bamber Bridge, we are close to Preston, Leyland, Buckshaw, Chorley & surrounding areas. Hours are Mon-Fri | 9am-5:30pm & 1 Sunday in every 5 (4 hour shift).
As a sales administrator, your key duties include:
- **Answering customer phone calls: checking the status of deliveries, helping customers place orders, general queries. Whilst maintaining our excellent customer service company standards.**:
- **Processing customer returns: checking for contents, damage etc. Processing the return and updating our records in an efficient manner.**:
- **Assisting office staff with their duties: processing supplier delivery forms, assisting in online stock replenishment ETC.**:
- **Assisting office staff with the maintenance of our online marketplaces.**:
- **Taking messages in an efficient & professional manner.**:
- **Assisting the product development team, listing new products (from time to time).**:
- **General Admin duties**
