As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our processing and sales team by efficiently completing tasks in a happy yet busy environment.

Your attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

You will provide day-to-day administration support to the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming visitors into Head Office
- Despatching marketing material
- Data input into Sage 200 and Salesforce
- Customer Service
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls
- General day-to-day administration duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Highly organised with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Sage and Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of roofing products and materials is a plus.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn

**What We Offer**:

Hours of work - 8:30am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
