As Office Administrative Assistant your duties will include:
Reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering the main telephone, and routing calls to relevant individuals and departments.
Overseeing the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and / or other corporate catering when required.
Maintaining office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery, cleaning products and tea and coffee etc
Arrange collection via our approved couriers and assist in packaging parcels for delivery.
Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post,
Basic day to day accounts support
Ensuring all internal processes are followed.
Other general administration roles across the business.
Any other duties that may be require
**Required skills,**
and Experience for the role of Office Administrative Assistant include:
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
A confident user of IT programmes including Microsoft Office
A professional individual with a keen eye for attention to detail with a can-do attitude to work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £11.44-£12.05 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
