Office Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join our Administration Department, with an excellent working environment at our Head Office in the centre of Preston.
This position is multifaceted, including, but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- General administration, including background checks on new employees as required by the business
- Provide administration support to other members of the team.
- Ordering and organising company uniform
- Creating and updating company ID badges
- Welcoming visitors into the business
This role requires:
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office package
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- An ability to prioritise tasks as they arise
- The ability to learn and understand bespoke software and processes
- Integration into an existing team.
- An organised approach with strong attention to detail
- A flexible approach to fit in with the variation of day-to-day tasks
- An applicant with a strong business acumen and the capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstration of professionalism with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude
Schedule:
- 10.00 - 14.00
- Monday to Friday

Pay: £13,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
