Join us as an Operations Executive. You will form part of our Delivery Operations team who are responsible for receiving, processing, and deploying a range of products and solutions for our Community Pharmacy customers.

This is a varied fast-paced role where you will be fulfilling customer orders quickly, efficiently and correctly, ensuring that we continue to give our customers the best possible levels of service.
- This Operations Executive role is a remote working position with a requirement to go into the Leeds office for collaborative meetings on a weekly / fortnightly basis._

**What you’ll do**

As an Operations Executive, your key duties will include:

- Processing orders received from our internal Sales team accurately, quickly and efficiently
- Creating work orders and arranging Engineers and Trainers to deliver on customer site
- Timely ordering of hardware for upcoming installations, ensuring it is available when needed
- Collaborating effectively with other parts of our business to ensure that orders meet and ideally exceed our customer service SLAs
- Communicating regularly and clearly with our customers to ensure they are always fully up to date with progress and plans

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn additional IT related skills
- Able to communicate well with our customers, using clear language both in writing and verbally
- Happy to work to a tight schedule and be organised and structured in how you complete your tasks
- Able to take responsibility for a problem and see it through to being fixed
- Enjoys working collaboratively
