This is a multifunctional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Your role is key to maintaining a whole range of disciplines within the Company.

You will be responsible for:

- Recruitment
- HR Assistant
- Booking BMW Training courses & accommodation
- Health & Safety
- Contact for office facilities, maintenance and insurance
- Support for Senior Management
- We have a new paperless system, MStore, which needs to be maintained and kept up to date with personnel information.

**Role Requirements**
- CIPD level 5 or above
- High qualification in English.
- Highly experienced user of Microsoft package with emphasis on word and Excel
- Proven experience within an HR environment
- First-rate communication skills and confidence to liaise across the business, both internal and external
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, managing and prioritising your workload.
- Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
