About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR services to our staff and managers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, managing applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and managers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of providing administrative support, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and managers.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including ESR and NHS Jobs.
