About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, managing applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to staff and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of providing administrative support, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
