Description
Provide administrative support to the HR departmentAssist in the recruitment process, from job advertisement to onboardingMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR recordsSupport the preparation and implementation of HR policies and proceduresHandle employee enquiries in a timely and professional mannerFacilitate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions as requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practicesAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesProfile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of HR systems and databasesGood understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresJob Offer
