We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our driven and friendly team working in our busy reception area at our head office Cornerstone in the centre of Stockport town centre.

As a Customer Service Officer, you are often the first point of contact for our customers so are crucial to delivering a first class customer experience.

This is a fantastic chance for someone to join our award winning, successful business and really put their talents to the test.
- Help us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers.
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits.
- Answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.

This is a full time fixed term position working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm.

Job share will be considered.

This role will be on Stockport Homes terms and conditions.
