Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to deliver exceptional reception and administrative assistance to our clinical teams.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel at multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, committed to maintaining high standards in their work, and adaptable to the varying needs of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with individuals at all levels, showcasing strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure patient needs are met promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with efficiency.
- Accurately input sensitive information into various systems. Familiarity with healthcare systems is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- Execute a wide range of clerical duties, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard on a daily basis.
- Be prepared to travel between different locations as required, necessitating access to reliable transportation.
Service Coverage
- Services are operational from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexible working arrangements are available to accommodate individual needs.

Education & Qualifications
- Essential: GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
- Desirable: Typing qualifications (RSA Level 2).
Experience
- Essential: Experience in reception duties and customer service.
- Desirable: Background in handling high volumes of telephone inquiries.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in office software, including email and word processing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
