Administration Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our Governance and Quality Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administration support to the team, including updating the W&C microsite for Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonates, and maintaining databases to track guidelines, standard operating procedures and policies.
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial or office experience, with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the Governance and Quality Team
- Update the W&C microsite for Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonates
- Maintain databases to track guidelines, standard operating procedures and policies
- Compile agendas for meetings and take minutes
- Triage of telephone enquiries
