Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide full administration support to the Governance & Quality Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating the W&C microsite, providing clerical support to clinicians, and maintaining databases to track guidelines, standard operating procedures, and policies.

You will also be required to compile agendas for meetings, take minutes, and assist with arranging meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to undertake other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team.

Person Specification:
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent experience
  • MICROSOFT WORD SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • CONVERSANT WITH ADMINISTRATION PRACTICES
  • PREVIOUS SECRETARIAL/OFFICE EXPERIENCE
  • MAINTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY

Salary:

An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
